       April 17 at The Birmingham Zoo from 2-8p.m.

                          Team Set Up Begins Friday, April 16th at 6 p.m.

                             Cook Off Begins Saturday, April 17th at 7a.m.

                        Ticket Price: $10/person --kids 10 & under are free

 Admission to the event includes:

                   • Entry into the BBQ competition in the zoo parking lot

                     • Children's Zoo beginning at 3p.m.

                              -Carousel

                              -Petting Zoo

                              -Water Fountains/Sprinklers

                              -Live Music featuring Rollin' in the Hay & Blues Old Stand-

                               Start Time 1:30 p.m.

                              -Silent Auction in entry way of Children's Zoo

                     • Music

                           -Radio vans playing music until 1p.m.

                           -Bands beginning at 1:30 p.m.

                     • Entertainment for the kids in the parking lot

                           -Moon Walk

                           -Face Painting

                           -Clowns

The BBQ @ the Zoo Amateur Barbeque Contest and silent auction will raise both money and awareness for Holy Family Cristo Rey Catholic High School, which provides access to high quality college-prep high school education for young women and men from Birmingham who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford it. The event will feature loads of great barbeque, live music, and auction items. General Rules Sheet
